Marcellino & Tyson PLLC Announces Transition to Marcellino Moore PLLC
We are proud to announce an exciting new chapter in our firm’s continued growth.
Marcellino & Tyson PLLC is now Marcellino Moore PLLC. The firm will be led by Matthew Marcellino and Jennifer Moore, alongside our newest equity partner, Clay Campbell.
This transition reflects the evolution of our firm and the strength of the team that has helped build it. While the name is changing, our mission remains the same: delivering practical legal solutions, strong advocacy, and trusted counsel when our clients need it most.
We are also pleased to share that Bryan Tyson will continue his involvement with the firm as Of Counsel. Bryan played a significant role in the firm’s development, and we are grateful that he will continue contributing his experience and perspective in this new role.

About Deb Dilman
Driven by a passion for helping others and a desire to make a meaningful impact, Kaitlyn Lehman serves as a Legal Administrative Assistant with Marcellino Moore PLLC, where she supports attorneys, staff, and clients throughout a variety of family law matters.
Originally from Wisconsin, Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University. While her academic path initially led her toward the healthcare field, she ultimately discovered a passion for the legal profession and the opportunity it provides to guide and support individuals through important life transitions.
To pursue that passion, Kaitlyn completed the Paralegal Technology Program at Cape Fear Community College. Throughout her transition into the legal field, she has gained valuable experience in legal administration, client relations, and office operations while working in both personal injury and family law environments. She is also a commissioned North Carolina Notary Public.
Outside of the office, Kaitlyn enjoys reading, traveling, attending concerts, and exploring new places with her fiancé and their two dogs, Finn and Libby. On game days, she can also be found enthusiastically cheering on her favorite teams, yelling “Go Pack Go!” and “Roll Clones!” all day long. She looks forward to helping clients navigate some of life’s most important moments.
