We Help You Navigate the Legal System

About Hannah

Upon graduating from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Hannah served as a law clerk on the Arizona Court of Appeals where she gained valuable legal research and writing experience. Hannah’s initial practice areas included commercial, real estate, landlord-tenant, creditor’s rights, trademark, employment, and probate matters. Hannah also gained experience in public pension and disability retirement law serving as independent counsel to state-mandated pension boards for municipal and tribal police, fire, and corrections officers. Hannah continued to serve as independent counsel to public safety pension boards throughout Arizona when she moved to an insurance defense firm that focused on defending litigation claims faced by business and municipalities.

When Hannah returned to North Carolina, she joined Marcellino and Tyson where her practice focuses on employment law and employee benefits. Hannah understands that individuals bringing legal claims are often experiencing stress and uncertainty, and she uses her prior experience working for employers to guide individuals through the claims and litigation process. Hannah enjoys working with individuals and families to resolve legal issues expeditiously and fairly so that everyone can move forward in their lives.

When she is not practicing law, you can find Hannah traveling or attending sporting events with her family and serving as a volunteer advocate for children in the foster care system.
