Driven by a long-standing passion for the legal field and a desire to make a meaningful impact, Evynne is currently gaining hands-on experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant while preparing for her future goal of attending law school. Her interest in law began at an early age and has only grown stronger through years of hands-on experience, personal growth, and a deep appreciation for the value of hard work.

A native of Fluvanna County, Virginia, Evynne grew up in a small town just outside of Richmond, VA. She stayed busy balancing academics with a wide range of athletic commitments, playing soccer, volleyball, running track, and managing her high school’s JV and varsity women’s basketball team. Her drive and discipline earned her a volleyball scholarship to the University of Virginia’s College at Wise as their starting libero. Though she valued her time as a student-athlete, her long-term goal of pursuing law led her to transfer to East Carolina University.

At ECU, Evynne began laying the foundation for her legal career. She worked part-time at a law firm in Greenville focusing on guardianships and estate planning, while staying involved in campus life through the Pre-Law Society, PRSSA, the Student Accounting Council, and becoming a Delta Zeta sorority member.

After graduating, she took a leap of faith and moved to Charlotte, NC to begin her full-time legal career working in family law.

With a foundation built on resilience, service, and ambition, Evynne looks forward to continuing her journey toward law school—while in the meantime, perfecting her roles of a Paralegal/Legal Assistant.
