We are proud to announce an exciting new chapter in our firm’s continued growth.
Marcellino & Tyson PLLC is now Marcellino Moore PLLC. The firm will be led by Matthew Marcellino and Jennifer Moore, alongside our newest equity partner, Clay Campbell.
This transition reflects the evolution of our firm and the strength of the team that has helped build it. While the name is changing, our mission remains the same: delivering practical legal solutions, strong advocacy, and trusted counsel when our clients need it most.
We are also pleased to share that Bryan Tyson will continue his involvement with the firm as Of Counsel. Bryan played a significant role in the firm’s development, and we are grateful that he will continue contributing his experience and perspective in this new role.
For our clients, this transition will feel seamless. You will continue to work with the same attorneys, the same staff, and the same dedicated team you know and trust. Our commitment to providing responsive service, thoughtful strategy, and effective representation remains unchanged.
With expanded leadership and a clear vision for the future, Marcellino Moore PLLC is positioned to serve our clients with even greater strength and stability in the years ahead.
We are grateful for the trust our clients place in us and look forward to continuing to serve you.
Her Next Chapter is a free, local support group for women navigating separation and divorce.
Weโre not just talking about legal paperwork weโre talking real-life reinvention, community, and guidance from women whoโve been there and professionals who can help.
Led by family law attorney Danielle Walle, this group blends practical insight with emotional support across 10 themed sessions we call “Chapters.” Each session is designed to address a key part of the transition journey, offering both guidance and a sense of shared experience among women walking similar paths.
Plus, one final Epilogue ties it all togetherโhelping you reflect on how far youโve come, while giving you the tools and confidence to write your next page with clarity, purpose, and strength.
๐ฌ We meet in person in North Charlotte, NC because real conversations happen face-to-face.
๐ Weโre not a book club, but we use a book-themed format to explore real-life topics, chapter by chapter.
Each week, we dive into a new โChapterโ focused on a specific part of your transition journey, including:
๐ต Finances & budgeting
๐ฉโ๐ง Co-parenting with clarity
๐ Rebuilding your identity
๐ Legal understanding (without the overwhelm)
๐ฑ Finding your confidence again
You donโt have to figure it all out alone we walk through it together.
Space is limited, and weโre looking for women who can commit to attending all or almost all sessions so we can grow together as a community.
