Attorney Clay Campbell Promoted to Partner

Clay practices in civil litigation and advises both small and medium businesses. He represents individuals and businesses in various litigation matters throughout North and South Carolina, including construction defects, business and contract disputes, personal injury, and insurance coverage matters. He advises businesses and their owners on corporate formation and governance, employment issues, and other business-related matters. Clay has also successfully handled appellate matters in the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is licensed to practice lay in both North and South Carolina.

Clay has been named a Super Lawyer for the past 4 years, and again was named to Super Lawyers 2020 in the Business Litigation category. He was also voted the #1 Litigation Attorney in North Carolina for 2020 by his peers through Business North Carolina.
